Light your candle with intention: take a deep slow breath, focus on your breath and clear the mind
Place your hand over your heart: close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths. Inhale clarity. Exhale anything that feels heavy or stuck.
Set a simple intention: ask ‘what do I want to feel more of today?’ It might be calm, focus, or ease. Let that word settle in your body.
Gently open your eyes: observe the flame, return to the present moment

Be sure to burn the candle for 2 hours the first time to create a full melt pool. This allows the essential oils to diffuse into the air and to prevent tunneling. Trim wick to 1/4” before each burn.
When finished, cover with the bamboo lid to retain the aroma and therapeutic benefits of the oils.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children, pets & drafts.
