Light your candle, take a deep slow breath
Place your hand over your heart, exhale anything that feels heavy or stuck.
Ask ‘what do I want to feel more of today?’ It might be calm, focus, or ease. Let that word settle in your body.
Gently open your eyes, observe the flame, return to the present moment.

Be sure to burn the candle for at least 1 hour the first time to allow the wax to melt across the candle surface. This allows the essential oils to diffuse into the air and prevent tunneling.
Always trim the wick to 1/4” before each burn.
When finished, cover the candle with the lid to retain the scent and the therapeutic benefits of the essential oils.
