How to use 

  • Set an intention (e.g. to clear your space of any stagnant or negative energy)

  • Light the sage and flowers (keep the string tied around the wand)

  • Wave the smoke around the space you want to purify.

  • Visualize the negative energy leaving with the smoke.

  • Smudge the burning end of the sage in a bowl when you are done.
