Shipping

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Once your order ships, please allow between 3 to 5 business days for delivery. You will receive an email once your order ships. If you order an item that is no longer available we will notify you via email and you can choose to be refunded or added to the waitlist.

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking number so we can resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking number for your order shows delivered, or for undelivered packages due to incorrect address details.

We always want to make sure you receive your order, so if there are any concerns or questions with your order status, please contact us.

Returns

Thank you for your purchase from Candlelilla Co., we hope you enjoy our handcrafted products. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we are happy to give a full refund on any new and unused items. All bath and aromatherapy (e.g. roll-ons, soaks, and sprays) and sale items are not returnable.

Items must be returned within 14 days of your order delivery. The customer is responsible for any return shipping cost. We recommend insuring your returns as we can’t take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit.

For online purchases, return authorization is required prior to sending any items back for a return. Please email us with your order number and reason for return to receive a return authorization number & the return shipping information.
