Shipping

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Once your order ships, please allow between 3 to 5 business days for delivery. You will receive an email once your order ships. If you order an item that is no longer available we will notify you via email and you can choose to be refunded or added to the waitlist.

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking number so we can resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking number for your order shows delivered, or for undelivered packages due to incorrect address details.

We always want to make sure you receive your order, so if there are any concerns or questions with your order status, please contact us.

Exchanges

We hope you enjoy our handcrafted products. If something’s not right, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we don’t offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
